• Job Details:•Follow company processes, controls and policies. •Receive invoices, perform necessary validations and execute transactions with timeliness. •Managing accounts payable to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices. •Developing and implementing procedures for accounts payable to improve accuracy and reduce processing time. •Create and take action on payable reports. •Following up vendor’s accounts (forwarding services, maintenance, Shipment insurance, clearance, general accounts and imported shipments). •Recording and review monthly prepaid and accruals analysis and reporting. •Managing month-end closing process (journal entries, reconciliations and Reports). •Following up and support the finance team during preparation of year-end financial statement audit. •Support annual audits, tax return and tax inspection working in team with external auditors. • Support tax and audit reviews by providing samples, reports and required explanations. •Supporting and coordinate in subsidy file for export council. •Perform Monitoring and ensure the accurate allocations of costs and ensure timely and accurate accounting of Payables.
