• Job Details:• Apply, prepare and maintain test data for review (In-process / Finished Product / Incoming Material). • Ensure compliance with company standards, test SOPs, and specifications, and develop test SOPs/formats for new requirements, regulations, or standards. • Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards. • Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly. • Works on quality-related events. • Develop, manage, and analyze statistical data and specifications to ensure that the present current testing standards meet organizational quality standards. • Responsible for managing the workspace working in (Laboratory) regarding the instruments & machines used, concerning their purchasing, maintenance & calibration. • Keeps compliance with cGMP & GLP requirements. • Set up and apply the quality plan for all company’s products. • Prepares manuals for testing equipment.

Quality Control SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:Observed all production processes in 7 production plants on a consistent basis to ensure that the process complies with the ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 specifications. •Used instruments to run tests on HDPE and uPVC raw materials and Finished products in the quality control lab according to DIN 8074/8075 & DIN 8061/8062 German specifications. •made daily reports about the quality of the products mentioning any abnormalities.
