i was a member at many student activities for 4 years in different committees human resources, public relations and fund raising and i have worked and learned till i was head for many committees and founder for a franchise of AYB organisation in HU when i started working in iron and steel company i was a site engineer leading about 18 operator to make sure that all mechanical equipment (gearboxes, belt conveyor, crushers and mixing cylinder) working good and effectively and according to my good performance and attitude i have been recommended to be the workshop sector lead engineer and it was a very huge position according to my years of experience cause it was a workshop consists of 4 departments and 110 operator (turning-Milling-forging-assembly-maintenance-machining) and i have make a good work in my leading period
