• Job Details:o Manage the Data Center HVAC system, security (physical), projects and day-to-day operations including downtime, reporting service levels, defining and tracking operational metrics, and provide the overall status to management for effective delivery of services and also Manage overall capacity utilization of Server/hardware environment ensuring it is optimized to meet business requirements. o Manage System Administration, Database Administration and Backup Administration Sections. o Manage and Maintain overall security of the corporate's systems and Ensure high availability of critical business systems hosted to ensure availability of the data. o Manage relationships with vendors in support of staff augmentation and systems support. o Manage, motivate, develop and assess Data Center team to improve team members’ performance level. o Manage, plan, develop and implement Cloud Environments on Microsoft Azure, Amazon and Google. o Plan for the Datacenter Annual Budget including Capex and Opex to achieve the projects and Upgrades. o Plan, develop and implement: o Hardware and software standards and upgrades for business applications, systems and server hardware to ensure operations' stability. o Data retention standards to maintain Data-center services availability and Environments. o Policies, processes and procedures for effective delivery of services and compliance with regulatory guidance. o Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity to ensure meeting the business (RTO) and (RPO) Contribute to the development of Technology Sector strategies to align with the company business strategy.

Systems ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Coached, mentored and Lead high-performing technical team of Field Engineers, Security Engineers, Network Engineers and Systems Integration Specialists and Provide senior-level technical consultations on all IT and networking issues and review network layouts, resolve equipment redundancies, and improve network reliability and flexibility at Customer side. • Conducted training programs to enhance staff technical skills and motivation including network/server administration procedures, virus protection, and security measures. • Manage IT projects, technical activities and provided technical consultations regarding Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, HPE, IBM, Veeam, Kaspersky, Veritas, Symantec and Delivered technical support for system auditing, performance tuning, troubleshooting and Service Level Agreements across multiple Customers sites to achieve goals. • Guide the design and implementation of antivirus solutions and system/network monitoring. • Plan, Design and Implement disaster recovery plans and sites (DRP & DRS). • Full infrastructure management for all the Company Branches regarding Installation, configuration, Monitoring, Backup and maintaining the system and network. • Created and maintained technical documentation for customers regarding network configuration, network mapping, and service records including IT Infrastructure, Service Catalog, Service Level Agreements, and Operational Level Agreements. • Support Sales and Presales Engineers regarding the customers Technical needs and recommending the best solution for the customers according their needs.

Systems and Backup Deputy ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Managed the Data Center and day-to-day operations including downtime, reporting, defining and tracking operational metrics, and provide the overall status to management for effective delivery of services and Full infrastructure management for all the Company Branches (Totally Virtualized 50 sites) regarding Installation, configuration, Monitoring, Backup and maintaining the system and Plan, Design, Implement the new Company Branches Infrastructure. • Remote Management and Implementation regarding VMWare, Microsoft (Exchange, Active Directory and Services, Hyper-V) at large Scale, Veeam Products, Veritas Products, Kaspersky Products. • Plan, Design and Implement the Backup and Archive infrastructure according to the 321 Backup Strategy (three Backups copy as 2 copies in different media and the third copy is offsite). • PowerShell scripting with GUI to manage and monitor Microsoft System, VMware, Exchange • Planning & Creating projects time schedules, documentation
