• Job Details:Enter the daily purchases on System  Reconcile cashier drawer balance with system balance related to invoices  posted. Communicate with suppliers and make payments daily, apply on system  then export statement of account for each supplier. Follow up with salesmen the movement of the stock and confirm that there  is no near expire items. Monthly physical count for all outlets and adjust differences as per head  department instructions.

Senior AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:Review banks statements daily and check if any differs occurs and make  analysis for the changes then do the action needed. Provide general cashier with any new transfer received print out to follow up  with salesmen to provided him with document related to these collections. Review accountants work on the ERP system ‘Focus system’ and authorize  if everything entered correctly: (Journal entries, receipt vouchers, petty cash). At Least Each quarter Physical inventory count for all warehouses and  reconcile with system Review Data entries work “invoices and sales quotations” and authorize if  correct. Prepare the required reports by management.  Print the SOA OR Reconciliations for all customers which have due  balances and the beginning of each month and ask sales men to collect the due amounts and push them daily to finalize all due. Prepare the Aging report for payment and receivables  Prepare VAT Report Monthly  Prepare Salaries after reviewing HR Attendance report and each employee  deductions. Prepare the Monthly Book Closing.  Communicate with bank representative person and provide him with  Financial Statements every quarter. Full year closing and communicate with auditors to provide them with  required reports and prepare the consolidated financial statement for the parent co.

Income auditorFull Time

• Job Details:Review Night auditor reports and notes.  Follow up with Other Departments the last night issues regarding to Night  Auditor report. Discuss with financial controller the situation of Last night – MTD – YTD  revenue comparing with Budget balances and the comparable Date “Last Year”. Prepare statement of account to the agents and follow up for payment
