• Job Details:- Responsibilities: • Prepare Equipment and Piping 3D modeling. • Prepare piping study drawings from plot plans and P&IDs. • Review supplier’s documents of equipment/packages. • Participates in the piping design of areas of the plant. • Prepare general arrangement drawings. • Prepare isometric drawings. • Prepare nozzle orientation and attachments to equipment. • Prepare above-ground and underground piping systems. • Prepare material take-off (MTO). • Prepare specifications for piping components. • Prepare a line list for piping systems. • Prepare data for PID. • Prepare standard and special pipe support. • Prepare load data and input civil data. - Skills: 3d Modelling, Aveva E3d, CEASER ll and ASME standards . - About the Program: It consists of 4 Phases : The 1st Phase consists of 4 topics : (Piping Design, Plant Layout, Pipe Stress Analysis & Material Engineering): • Introduction to Industrial Plants. • Awareness of Piping Engineering and applicable codes and standards. • Workflow. • Plant Layout concepts and techniques. • AVEVA E3D Software. • Piping components. • Piping Design concepts and techniques. • Considerations during Piping. • Stress analysis. • CEASER ll Software. • Material Selection • Material calculations The 2nd Phase: Project Management Basics ( Integration & Scope Management - Schedule Management - Cost Controlling - Intro. To Commercial PM - Procurement Management - Risk Management - Contracts & Claims Management ). The 3rd Phase: Entrepreneurship Program ( Marketing Strategy - Finance for Non-Financials - Social Marketing - Business Communication - Business Planning ). The 4th Phase: On-Job Training Applying all knowledge from previous phases.
