Facilitate communication between management and employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively. Monitor and analyze employee performance and engagement levels, conducting surveys and feedback sessions to inform improvements. Administer employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, ensuring employees are well-informed of their options and entitlements.
