Accounting ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Supervising Accounting team- Managing and mentoring the team members and making sure of their personal and business development- Managing the relations with the local tax offices and other tax bodies• Performing necessary compendium and bank transaction controls daily, - Ensuring all invoices are posted on time and accurately .- Ensuring all necessary postings are done in time and accurately - Making sure that the original legal documents (reports, invoices, waybills) are keeping a regular filing system- Requesting and/or approving the payment requests.- Performing supplier reconciliations at least in quarterly basis- Reviewing all contracts (rent, construction) with 3rd parties from accounting &tax perspective- Ensuring all tax & statistical declarations are submitted on time and 100%accurate- Supporting the ops team regarding financial questions- Performing and balance sheet analysis- Supporting budgeting process- review of payroll bank accounts and the preparation of the monthly settlement diary.- review of payroll and commissions monthly rate in line with the policy of the administration.-Preparation of a major review of the balance as well as the sub-scales reviewed and submitted to the Financial Director.

Asst. Chief AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:- Follow-up Orders delivered daily to the branches of the main store - Daily review of the daily revenue of branches. - Review of Treasury movements and make sure the accounting directing for the various elements of the expenses accuracy. - - Follow Renovation own existing branches and new branches work of the Special equipment. - Follow-up deposits own revenues as well as branches of the outgoing checks for dues suppliers and creditors. - Matching the various Balances to suppliers and creditors at the end of each month and the ratification of the accuracy. - Follow the balance of the predecessor and Testament among workers and ensure settled in accordance with the policy of the administration. - Follow-up and participate in monthly inventory for the main store and branches to get the accuracy results, and settled in accordance with the policy of the administration.
