• Job Details:Implementation of the desired goal of warehouse management through team work . - To Audit The All Company's Warehouse Transaction. - To Develop the Business Cycle of All Company's Warehouses. - Daily follow-up of warehouse balances to achieve the company's goals . - The work of a monthly inventory committee to stop the balances of the stores.. - Reviewing daily invoices and delivering them to clients . - Follow up the movements of the items and make a report in coordination with the stores . - Ensure that containers imported from abroad are received and that their quantities match. - Matching system balances with actual warehouse balances. - The ability to solve all warehouse problems and do what is necessary to complete them. - Preparing a report, in coordination with the warehouse management, regarding branch returns and their processing . - Make a destruction report on products that are unfit for use. - Make inventory adjustments to the store for any product that does not match the system balances. - Conducting reconciliation of the stores with the company’s balances each quarter of the year separately and closing them . - Alerting warehouse management to standards for storing products and following them up. - Prepare a report on products nearing expiration and resell them
