• Job Details:► Create baseline programs. ► Prepare Project Control Statements & monthly forward load of resources. ► Conduct regular project site inspections. ► Update schedule & take corrective actions. ► Create project scenarios, crashing and revised programs. ► Create reports & dashboards highlighting KPIS, S-Curve & all issues regarding the project. ► Ensure all works meet stipulated quality standards. ► Monitor progress and compile reports in project status ► Coordinate with sub-contractors for smooth flow of work. ► Analyze contracts, BOQ & method statements. ► Practice Software (AutoCAD, Primavera).
