• Job Details:Scope: I am responsible for two parcels, Concrete and finishing works, Leading a QC team of five seniors/Juniors QC engineers, Monitoring the following tasks: 1. Ensuring that the Quality of material and installation of work identifies in accordance with the acceptance criteria and the Project specs 2. Ensuring that the project QA/QC Procedures are being followed by the team and ensure that the implementation is in compliance with agreements requirements. 3. Assist the Project Manager and construction team of any problem areas, which affects the program of work and tracking identified risks, monitoring residual risks, identifying new risks, and evaluating risk process effectiveness throughout the project. 4. 5. Preparing all the required Methods of statement and ITPs. Follow up and monitoring all the third parties reports (Soil, Concrete) and ensure that all parties are following the Project’s QA/QC procedures. 6. Monitoring all the DC logs to ensure that all documents are documented as per the Project’s QA/QC procedures
