Plan, Design and Lead existing and new IT projects and initiatives, in Egyptian Steel group according to identified business needs, ensuring successful delivery of agreed targets and projects. 2. Manage, supervise and lead IT operations staff members to deliver agreed IT services scope and SLA to the whole corporate by managing, setting and monitoring performance targets. 3. Leading IT operations team to ensure IT infrastructure, security, connectivity, collaboration and Help-desk services across different group locations are in stable and healthy status by assessing, monitoring and managing the existing IT environment. 4. Providing infrastructure support for SAP ERP system including servers, storage, network and security requirements. 5. Propose and manage the budget of the IT operations calculating and estimating current IT expenses, forecasting the new projects funds, and developing time plan to achieve the agreed IT projects. 6. Manage IT ecosystem by managing IT service partners, supplier and vendors to achieve targeted business goals and SLAs. 7. Managing the company’s IT assets, ensuring compliance with copy rights laws for software and applications running at the company. 8. Prepare RFPs, bid proposals, contracts, scope of work reports, and other documentations for IT operations projects and associated efforts 9. Monitor the IT services and hosting system availability and SLAs to ensure highest business continuity possible. 10. Developing IT polices and procedures for Egyptian steel. Projects: Managing full IT infrastructure project implementation and operation across HQ and four remote locations, from the design phase to the operations and support, including but not limited to: identifying, selecting. Awarding right technology, vendor selection for each project according to the required technology that best serve the business requirements. Developing Integration plans between different systems and multi-vendor technologies, as well as backup systems and disaster recovery Plans.
