• Job Details:Projects: Residential, Commercial, Educational and Social Projects Responsibilities: - Preparing Bill of Quantities according to international standard formats. - Preparing cost estimate plans along project’s design stages. - Preparing Technical Specifications for multi-disciplines projects. - Preparing Vendor List, according to compliance with the Material Selections, Technical Specifications and Client’s requirements. - Applying international Methods of Measurements for quantifying works. - Providing financial advice to the project’s management team to ensure that the Client’s requirements are delivered. - Coordinate between the Tender’s Documents. - Assign tasks and trainings to various experience levels of Quantity Surveying staff

Quantity Surveying Team LeaderFull Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities: - Work with the Client during preliminary stages of design till tendering of the Project. - Perform Technical Evaluation Reports for Bidders of the tender. - Preparing Cost Reports along project’s design stages. - Perform Value Engineering Studies for different projects. - Manage applying international standards to prepare Bill of Quantities. - Manage preparing the Specifications for multi-discipline projects. - Prepare Vendor Lists for approved suppliers, according to compliance with the Project’s Specifications and Client’s requirements. - Coordinate between the Tender’s Documents. - Providing advice to the Site team during the construction phase. - Work with Project Management Team to ensure that the Client’s requirements are delivered. - Assign tasks to various experience levels of Quantity Surveying staff. - Identifying training needs for subordinates and implementing training plan.

Quantity Surveying EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities:  Monitoring and Controlling Project’s total expenditures.  Apply International Methods of measurements to perform technical review for Quantity Take-off submitted by the Contractor.  Perform technical and financial review for Interim Payments.  Perform technical and financial assessment for Variation Orders and Claims.  Tracking all Contractual and Financial changes during the construction phase.  Applying and Coordinating between the Contract’s Documents.  Providing advice to the Client for Cost and Contractual Issues.  Work with Project Management Team to ensure that the Contract’s Conditions and the Client’s requirements are delivered.
