• Job Details:Supervise and manage the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports. Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage general ledger functions, including monthly closing, reconciliation, and adjustment processes. Develop and implement financial strategies to improve efficiency and optimize financial performance. Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Review accounts payable and receivable, ensuring that payments are processed on time and credit risks are minimized. Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements or adjustments to management. Review expenses and identify cost reduction opportunities. Monitor cash flow and ensure optimal liquidity management. Evaluate and approve departmental plans and forecasted financial plans from Treasury and Accounts Payable.
