• Job Details:Submitting the daily reports, weekly reports and monthly reports. Submitting one week look ahead Schedule and one month look ahead Schedule. Inspection of the works and make sure that conform to the drawings, specification and method statements. Ensure that the safety and healthy procedures are implanted during every stage of the project. Held weekly technical meeting with the contractor and subcontractor to discuss the technical issues during every stage of the project. Held general meeting every month between all project parties to discuss the time schedule and project status. Quantity takeoff and Variations Revisions.
