• Job Details:Responsible for: 1 ) Propose an annual budget based upon organizational goals and the planned targets of financial activities in the guidance of the company board . 2 ) Control and protect the assets in the interest of the organization. 3 ) Responsible to manage the cash flow and supervise over the financial transactions within and outside the company. 4 ) Assist the company board to make rounds in attending on financial requests pertaining to purchase orders. 5 ) Watch the cash flow over the financial transaction with the clients and the purchaser of the assets of the company. 6 ) Report the fiscal profit/loss incurred on yearly quarterly and monthly basis. 7 ) Interact with financial staff and ensure the audit spreadsheets are maintained every month/year. 8 ) Provide solutions on risk management. 9 ) Plan a strategic and long term business plans in support of the company board of managers. 10 ) Provide funds with respect to rough cost estimates for new products and services. 11 ) providing the reports to the company board and ensure to meet deadlines through the staff.

Chief Accountant and assistant finance mangerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for: 1 ) Responsible to manage the cash flow and supervise over the financial transactions within and outside the company. 2 ) Propose an annual budget based upon organizational goals and the planned targets of production in the guidance of the manager. 3 ) Control and protect the assets in the interest of the organization. 4 ) Assist the finance manager to make rounds in attending on financial requests pertaining to purchase orders. 5 ) Watch the cash flow over the financial transaction with the clients and the purchaser of the assets of the company. 6 ) Report the fiscal profit/loss incurred on yearly quarterly and monthly basis. 7 ) Interact with financial staff and ensure the audit spreadsheets are maintained every month/year. 8 ) Handle the day to day job performance of the staff members and manage the payroll activities in approval of the manager. 9 ) Provide solutions on risk management. 10 ) Plan a strategic and long term business plans in support of the financial manager and the board of managers. 11 ) Provide funds with respect to rough cost estimates for new products and services. 12 ) assist the manager to obtain financial data from several sources such as expenses incurred in the month, day, etc. 13 ) providing the reports to the financial manager and ensure to meet deadlines through the staff.

• Job Details:Responsible for: o Auditing. o Reviewing financial statement. o Preparing Financial statement (Balance sheet , Income statement , Cash flow statement) o Preparing the monthly VAT report. o Preparing the annual reports about the financial position of the company and the income Tax. Applied report. o Companies Incorporation. o Tax Investigations (Salaries Tax, Sales Tax & Income Tax).
