B- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve high performance and engagement. C- Collaborate with other departments to improve financial outcomes and operational efficiency. • 6- Relationships Field A- Preparing & Finalize the Processing for extracting the audited financial statements & IFRS (KPMG - EY). B- Preparing & Finalize the Processing company for IPO -Initial Public Offering- (FDD-LDD-ZDD) Falcom Holding Co – Al Saleh & Al Zoman & Al Fahad CPA. C- Finalize the Processing of Zakat's Objections amount of 46.0M, and as a result, refunded 39.0M Riyals.
