• Job Details:* Receive shipping orders from sales department to shipping by sea, air and land Freight. * Communicate with shipping lines to get Competitive rates, Thc , transit time , free time in destination and inland service . * Preparing the shipping declarations & booking and submit vgm & final online to shipping lines like (ONE – PIL – APL-CMA-COSCO-MSC- Hapag-Lloyd- MAERSK-Wec –Transmar- Safmarine-Sego line- Arkas-Evergreen - Turkon Line - Inchcape) then received B/L draft. * Handling some shipments with freight forwarder like (Marine Trans – Latt Logistics) to get Competitive rates more than shipping lines rates to optimize benefit and reduce cost. * Supervise Air Freight with (DHL – Aramex - Fedex– TNT - UPS - Trust Trade) * Communicate with transport contractor to get Competitive rates as below * At Sokhna Port we working with contractor said Osman & Naqla & Egyco & Trella At Alexandria and El Dekheila Port we working with contractor Helmoushi & MSC. At Damietta and Port Said Port we working with contractor Rodymar & al bahnasy. Review contractor's invoices and prepare Cash orders after 30 days of loading And Complete the Bank transfers to their bank accounts. * Prepare driver schedules to deliver shipments to our agents in the governorates. * Manage Staff to strict schedules. * Ensuring strict maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules. * Prepare all document such as (invoice – packing list – bill of lading – all kind of certificate of origin- inspection certificate – insurance policies) and Send it to the customers by couriers before vessel ETD. * Create and supervise the loading instructions with warehouse department according to the customer delivery plan. * Finish all insurance procedure against all risk with Misr insurance company and Suez Canal insurance company. * Communicate with the customers and supervise all shipments details with them. * Follow up & tracking the shipment until destination. * Receive the customers’ complaints and special requests. And take the corrective action. * Contact with inspection companies (Sgs - Burvirates – Intertek - Tuv) to complete the inspection process and received the inspection certificate * Supervise the transport contractor to assure arrival in accurate time * Communicate with factories to obtain packing list and customs certificate to continue shipping procedures. * Organize archive files (both manually and electronically) in an organized and system. * Revising the full set of documents of each consignment to assure that it is matching all the customer requirement. * Auditing the Courier & Freight invoices to be signed from Logistics Manger and financial department. * Prepare the documents according the letter of credit conditions and request amendments under supervision of Management of banks. * Generate reports for leadership review concerning transport contractors & shipping lines & freight forwarders Performance and Cost reduce.
