• Job Details:- Receive bank deposits receipts and executing bank transfers. - Approve and review expenses of branch every month. - Prepare profit and loss (P&L) report on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. - Review monthly commission income. - Review daily revenue of branch, prepare daily report and send it to managers. - Prepare monthly report of revenue and execution volume of account managers. - Follow up account managers and their clients. - Follow up clients that dealing margin accounts. - Follow up attendance and leaves of employees with branch manager. - Open contracts for new clients. - Review written orders and listen to recorded phone orders. - Review orders record to match it with written orders and recorded phone orders. - Update data forms, print portfolios and account statements for clients. - Receive complaints to solve them as soon as possible. - Work to activate inactive clients with account managers. - Approve and pay invoices. - Responsible for branch treasury. - Control monthly expenses.
