• Job Details:Job Duties: Administering Physical/Virtual Infrastructure:  Administering Microsoft, Virtualization, Citrix, Kaspersky and network infrastructure  Implementing technical projects  Operating Mail system  Installing and Configuring physical/Virtual Infrastructure Components  Provisioning Virtual Machines  Operating on a physical/virtual environment hosted on VMware vSphere platform Ver. 6.5.  Implementing any infrastructure related new Technology (Hardware/Software)  Operating Infrastructure monitoring tool.  Issuing tickets and Following up on them with supporting vendors/partners Microsoft Administration:  Installation & Administration of:  Windows Servers (AD, DNS, DHCP, License Servers…. etc.).  Managing SCCM:  Configuring and maintain Patching solution for windows platform.  Deploy Applications and OS  Microsoft Exchange Monitoring & Administration:  Manage monitoring action plan.  Maintain server’s nodes up and running.  Monitor Databases replication and health state. Kaspersky Administration (Kaspersky security center, Kaspersky Secure mail gateway):  Managing Kaspersky Platforms  AV update and scan tasks.  Alerts handling.  Device Control implementation.  Installation, configurations and upgrade plan.  Alerts handling.  DB update and configuring rules. Citrix:  Manage and monitoring servers: (Netscaler VPX, XenApp and storefront)  Administrate and modify servers’ configuration as per needed request Microsoft Exchange Monitoring & Administration:  Manage monitoring action plan.  Maintain server’s nodes up and running.  Monitor Databases replication and health state\ Monitoring Duties:  Configuring PRTG Servers to Monitor Data Center Devices  Supporting Service desk team in sensor failure cases  Providing Recommendation to other teams based on Monitoring system output

IT Help-desk and System AdministratorFull Time

• Job Details:Job Duties: System Administering  Administering Remote lab access.  Desktops and printers’ administration.  Administering servers and Microsoft infrastructure.  Issuing tickets and Following up on them with supporting vendors/partners. Help-desk  Install and configure Computer Systems within agreed policies/procedures, diagnose hardware/software, Operating systems, applications and network faults.  Deployment of operating system updates and security patches.  Resolve and correct problems, incidents and providing resolution either over the phone or face to face in a timely and efficient manner then following up incidents and closing request after making sure of affected staff satisfaction.  Provide 1st line support on monitoring and maintaining network connections (Leased line, Internet).
