• Job Details:- Ensure that business rules are applied to the ERP System (D365). - Deliver the best functional and technical solutions that help the business and are systemically applicable. - Guiding the users if they encountered any problems or confusion in any aspects of the ERP System (Modules) and providing support. - Giving training to users and ensuring that they use the ERP correctly and effectively based on my good knowledge of the business and the workflow. - Serious knowledge of the organization’s business and its workflow. - Create, maintain and update user permissions. - Creating user accounts using Microsoft Azure Portal Active Directory. - Installing features using Microsoft Azure Portal, Regulatory Configuration Services (RCS) and Life Cycle Services (LCS) and integrating with D365, such as an e-invoicing service.

• Job Details:- Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN). - Configure and install software, servers, routers and other network devices. - Troubleshoots network problems. - Configuring VLANs.
