Project Engineering ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Implements programs and procedures required to ensure Hospital cleanliness. • Assists with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions. • Reviews the operation of Hospital equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement. • Establishes and maintains a computerized maintenance management system for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of Hospital equipment. • Communicates directly with the operations department to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas. • Communicates directly with Quality Department to ensure effective participation by the maintenance technicians in the implementation of policies and procedures. • Conducts employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the maintenance technicians. • Maintains and updates operating and training manuals for the maintenance department. • Ensures that all maintenance technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures. • Maintains and repairs maintenance shop equipment. • Initiates and carries out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs • Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program based on best, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance. • Experience in planning maintenance operations. • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers. • Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities. • Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues. • Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality. • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities. • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary. • Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance. • Working on CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

Production ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for the production halls. • Responsible for organization of production processes and the conduct of the product and solve manufacturing problems to study the existing problems in the production lines. • Responsible for monthly inventory for production management. • Responsible for packaging machines. ( KPIs – Maintenance – Operation – Reporting to general manager ) • Controlling food costs and waste • Increased culinary skills of the staff • Managing the daily food production that includes production planning and controls • To provide full support by taking affirmative action's on recommendations made to working processes and conditions to ensure that all employees have a safe and healthy working environment • Direct and develop a team of Production Chefs and their immediate reports to ensure that they are motivated and equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to meet current and future standards and targets • Monitor the performance of the respective departments against standards and targets in areas such as catering staff cost, food cost, stores stock values and purchases, packing rates, OTIF and compliance • Take a lead for Engineering in planning for and hosting successful visits including customers, auditors, and company VIP visits • Be responsible for the engineering skills base within the business, identifying current and future skills requirements, formulating training plans and development pathways, and working with the Personnel team to maximize recruitment and engagement opportunities
