• Job Details:• Plan monthly priorities, strategies and smart investment and execute them according to the company policy to drive the brand equity • Create an incentive programs for assigned territories to maximize visibility and shelf share • Boost brand advocacy rate via digital trade engagement • Manage activation campaigns to enhance brand performance in the assigned territory • Increase sales forecast & minimizing stock shortage through implementing E-Ordering digital platform • Block competition's visibility in the medium & premium segment to increase PMI's share of market • Manage activation campaigns to enhance brands' performance in assigned territory • Evaluate pre & post in-store activations (share of shelf, planograms, counter display & visibility) with sell in & sell out analysis to evaluate overall performance. • Grow numeric & weighted distribution with general trade to expand business
