Specialties: Treasury Cash Management; Cash Flow Analysis; Forecasting; Financial Reporting; FX Hedging/Risk Strategy; Sensitivity/Variance Analysis; Compliance Reporting; Treasury Policies and Procedures Documentation; Other Treasury Related Activities Treasury Officer 2003 to present Alexandria Automotive Casting (Free Zone) Alexandria, Egypt •Prepare, Analyze, and Report on Consolidated Cash Forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly) • Monitor and manage company’s daily cash positions, across multiple bank accounts, in multiple currencies (USD, EUR, GBP,EGP) • Manage global banking relationship and maintain documentation for all bank account openings and/or closings; or account signatory changes • Identify potential currency exposures • Analyze and recommend appropriate financial hedging strategy and instruments (spot, forwards, options, collars, etc.) to mitigate currency risk in a cost effective way and execute the relevant foreign exchange contracts with key banking partners • Oversee mark to market adjustments monthly, and note disclosure in annual statements • Track and report on key treasury metrics on a monthly basis • Manage and prepare Bank Covenant and Compliance Reporting (monthly, quarterly) • Financial Analysis – Sensitivity Analysis, Variance Analysis, Trend/Ratio Analysis, Impact of F/X Rates, and interest Rate scenarios, review results versus budget, prior period, etc • Ensure accurate and timely postings of cash flows and FX settlements to core accounting systems • Analyze Other Income & Expense Accounts: ( Interest Expense, Interest Income, F/X Gains and Losses, Bank Charges)
