• Job Details: Build and develop a preventive maintenance plan to optimize equipment reliability. Responsible for timely and efficient implementation of the plan and undertakes any amendment to the plan if necessary with the right communication to relevant parties.  Ensure the availability of spare parts and manages their consumption in adherence to the planed budget.  Monitor equipment performance and develops corrective action plans to reverse any deviation against engineering standards.  Maintain equipment records specifying their history, modification, preventive maintenance cycle, spare parts replacements.  Modify the description of the spare parts in the stock to find it quickly for quick repairing.  Preparing a plan and list for the required spare parts for all machines.  Follow the daily electrical measurements to determine the state of loads.  Supervise maintenance of utilities (Compressors, Water pumps, Lighting, Buildings, Boilers, HVAC systems, etc..).  Train the electrical team about the systems and the work plan.  Manage and organize the shifts scheduling according to our vision of the best teamwork.  Troubleshooting electrical troubles myself (my favorite hobby).  Install and develop electrical panels.
