• Job Details:*Revised Schedule for Development of infrastructure project at modern cities. *Delay analysis for claim detection and cost control within budget. *Determine or negotiate contract terms and conditions, award supplier contracts or recommend contract awards. •Manage paperwork related to contracts. •Establish delivery schedules, monitor progress, and contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems. •Work with project managers, architects, engineers, owners and others to make sure project goals are met. •Review plans, specifications and contracts to ensure the correct equipment, material and subcontractor services are ordered and/or purchased. Prepare contract schedule. Prepare and develop projects` plan/programs according to the contract milestone, allocated budget and time frame. •Follow up project` progress and report any deviation in project` progress; to take the necessary corrective action. •Update and monitor projects` status on weekly basis against KPIs manpower, equipment and material histograms and financial forecast in a quantitative and qualitative manner. •Proper coordination on all the activities related to planning, scheduling and monitor of progress and execution of projects. •Delay analysis for claim detection and cost control within budget. •Designed an Excel-based tool for estimating project costs including multi-year project with multiple vendor. •Preparing progress reports with Power BI and analyze. •Preparing KPIs for data analysis and performance measure of multiple project. •Dealing with 4D and 5D BIM automation system.

Able to work on SAP ( Purchase Requisition - Entry Sheet - Technical Reports - Budget - Plan ). Control project budget and analysis project EV through cash flow. Modelling project with 3D coordination based on time (BIM 4D).
