• Job Details:-Coordinate and manage internal resources and vendors for the construction of projects. - Manage all site civil work, from execution to hand-over phase and Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget. -Define High Level Scope, Project Requirements, Assumption And Constraints Log. -Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders. -Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget. -Determine all project risks and keep a close eye on them at all times. -Ensure Project Process Meets Quality Guidelines. -Conduct and coordinate the project's whole procurement process. -Tracking project and providing regular reports to key stakeholders.

• Job Details:•Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team, project sponsor. •Lead and manage project daily operations pertaining to the execution and delivery. •Ensure that project remains within agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality. •Deliver projects in line with agreed outcomes to schedule, scope, quality and budget. •Identify all project stakeholders and assess their role in ensuring project success. •Prepare a quality review plan at the beginning of each project to define quality assurance activity for projects and deliverables. •Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all relevant stakeholders. •Manage project budget within agreed project plan, including activities, resources and costs. •Perform formal project closedown in accordance with agreed project closure process. •Review deliverables prepared by team members/ third parties and comply with quality assurance procedure.

Site ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:•Handle all site civil work, from execution to hand-over phase. •Execution finishing works for main building zone it is contain of reception, 68family rooms, main restaurant, main kitchen,23 shop,30 employee offices, all works on roof, façade and elevators . •Review and check as-built drawings. •Review design drawings and ensure that there are no conflicts between different departments. •Review subcontractors' invoices.
