" working as a bim engineer at amala site in KSA with MOBCO civil construction" Job description: ▪ Working as a BIM technical office engineer in the site in KSA to support the site team. ▪ Preparing REVIT files structure and settings to be ready for modeling and shop drawing. ▪ Reviewing design network for all networks as (Fire Fighting & Chilled WATER & Potable Water & LPG & Vacuum Drain and Irrigation). ▪ Upgrading REVIT models for all systems up to LOD 400. ▪ Coordinating between different utilities and take the clearance between each utility into consideration and the cover level from the road surface. ▪ Coordinating the chambers inlets as per requirements. ▪ Troubleshooting of technical issues in coordination with the project team. ▪ Preparing shop drawings for different systems with full details using REVIT. 3- AMALA-TRIPLE BAY PRIMARY INFRASTRUCTURE. Job description: ▪ Reviewing CIVIL 3D models for all networks as (Telecom, MV, LV, Ptotable Water, Street lighting, Sewer, Primary and Secondary irrigation) with IFC. ▪ Reviewing BIM models for all utilities in BIM 360. ▪ Coordinating between different utilities and take the clearance between each utility into consideration and the cover level from the road surface. ▪ Coordinating the cross ducts as per design requirements. ▪ Coordinating the manholes inlets as per requirements. ▪ Producing clash reports from Navisworks after running the clash test and solve the clashes. ▪ Preparing shop drawings for different utilities using CIVIL 3D. 4- 20105 FOUR SEASONS MIXED-USE RESIDENTIAL HOTEL. JEDDAH, KSA. Job description: ▪ Reviewing REVIT models for all disciplines as Fire Fighting, Plumbing, HVAC and drainage with IFC drawings, Schematic diagram and section details. ▪ Reviewing all equipment data from the mechanical schedules. ▪ Troubleshooting of technical issues in the IFC drawing with the consultant. ▪ Preparing RFIs for technical issues. ▪ Making a design review if it’s required such as duct sizing, air velocity in HVAC, the amount of water supply in plumbing and the distribution of sprinklers in FF. ▪ Remodeling for each system as per design requirements and coordination ▪ Coordinating with different disciplines. ▪ Producing clash reports from Navisworks after running the clash test and solve the clashes and producing zero clash model. ▪ Troubleshooting of technical issues in coordination with the project team. ▪ Preparing shop drawings for different systems with full details using REVIT

HVAC Design EngineerInternship

• Job Details:▪ Designing air duct sizes and chilled water piping sizes. ▪ Calculate thermal loads for different buildings based on standard like Ashrae. ▪ Making selection for the cooling system type, Airconditioning equipment and air terminals based on load calculation and ESP calculations for fans. ▪ Making an inventory for the required quantities. ▪ Preparing 2D &3D design drawings for HVAC using AutoCAD 2D and Revit MEP.

Maintenance EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:▪ Evaluated maintenance problems and resolved them. ▪ Ensures that production targets are met in respect of efficiency, minimum wastage and operating rates. ▪ Perform any other duties assigned by direct superior. ▪ Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshoot issues.
