• Job Details:* A constant search for new customers to open new export markets as well as develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers. * Receive and complete the customer Requests for Quote (RFQ). * Preparing the Pro-forma invoice and getting it signed from customers. * Follow-up export collection according to the payment terms. * Contact shipping lines/airlines to get the rates, compare the prices and handle the operations. * Coordinate the loading plan with factory departments (warehouses, quality * control, production, planning) to ensure the availability of the products at the latest receiving date. * Follow up containers loading process in order to prepare final shipping documents (Commercial invoice, packing list, final shipping declaration) to submit to custom broker / custom authority to finish custom clearance procedures. * Revising all shipping documents drafts before final issuance to insure the compliance to the purchase order / letter of credit. * Review the draft from shipping line to ensure the containers are shipped timely and within the required specifications. * Dispatching shipping documents directly to the customer by courier or to the bank, prepare and send shipping advice along with copies of all shipping documents by email. * Carry out weekly calls with clients to get new orders. * Visiting the concerned government agencies to get data about importers and international exhibitions. * Preparing weekly & monthly sales report.
