Construction Manager

• Job Details:Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control. Reviewing and approving invoices from suppliers before payments are made. Directing other employees on projects as needed, such as scheduling shifts and monitoring work performance. Review the work progress on a daily basis. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques. Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project. Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope, and drawings are documented. Attend meetings with the owner and the consultant in order to discuss the problems.

Senior Site Engineer

• Job Details:Supervision on some finishing items such as especially GRC cladding, precast wall panels, and Riyadh stone cladding. Ensure that work procedures and method statements for all work activities are prepared and followed during work execution. Supervision on concrete and finishing works, as well as the work of the quantity surveyor. Dealing with subcontractors in estimating the cost of labor and costs of materials. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques. Make the contractor and the owner satisfied by controlling the workflow of the project. Prepare request for inspection (RFI) and collaborate with QA/QC engineer and consultant for the inspection schedule. Encourage, promote and maintain safe site working practices. Review plans, labor, and material and advise the project manager of any potential problems.
