• Job Details:-Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices. -Monitor system performance and ensure the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure. -Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, both remotely and on-site. -Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights using Active Directory or similar systems. -Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions. -Support and manage LAN/WAN networks and internet connectivity. -Assist with software deployment, updates, and license management. -Document IT procedures, system configurations, and support activities. -Collaborate with other departments to understand and fulfill their IT needs. -Train users on new systems and applications.

Customer careFull Time

• Job Details:- Receiving inquiries from courier about the customer's location or more details - Helping courier in his way if he faced any problems - Follow up with the restaurants - Folllow up with the customers

Social Media SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:*Build and execute social media strategy Plan through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification to craft effective campaigns • plan and run effective campaigns through different social media channels ( Facebook, Instagram ,Google Ads ) & website • Managing budgets and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video) that help increase page’s reach and engagement • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information • Collaborate with internal teams inside the company
