Export Logistics supervisorFull Time

• Job Details:• Receive shipping order (Dry & Reefer & Special equipment & LCL ) from our Clients. • Handle all Agents shipments, with GLA . • Get the ocean rates from the shipping lines and carriers for export shipments • Issue Export customs certificates from Nafeza site & Arranging for the preparation of all required clearance documents in line with applicable laws and regulations and in coordination with customs teams. • Arrange for booking with the shipping line through their website •Identify, select, and manage relationships with trucking carriers, negotiating rates, And Follow up the fleet to ensure that they arrive at the loading site on time. • Oversee all documents such as (OBL - HBL–certificates of origin– Insurance Policy) . • Organize archive files (both manually and electronically). •Coordinate with the finance team for the accurate and timely issuance of billing and invoices to customers and following up on payments. • Liaise with customers regularly, update them on the shipment status, and resolve issues. •Preparation and accuracy of regular reports covering forwarding, clearance, and transportation details of export activities. •Coaching of team members and supports performance management/KPI achievement

• Job Details:• Obtain shipping order(Dry & Reefer & Special equipment & LCL ) by sea and Road Freight. • Negotiate with shipping lines for Special rates,Thc, free time in POD, and Road Freight. • Create on line booking & vgm & final . • Handle all Agents shipments, with WCA . • Contact with trucking carriers to arrange the shipments and verify the fleet arrival. • Create all documents (OBL - HBL-certificates of origin- Insurance Policy) • Organize archive files (both manually and electronically). •Issue and revise customer invoices . •Coaching of team members.

Export Logistics ExecutiveFull Time

• Job Details:• Collect shipping orders from the sales Dep to be shipped by sea, air, and Road Freight. • Lead the freight forwarders and shipping lines to get the best service. • Responsible to booking &vgm & final with all shipping lines . •Operate the trucking carriers with the lowest rates and revise their invoices. • Create all documents such as (invoices – packing list – OBL -certificates of origin- inspection certificate – Insurance Policy) • Create the loading Plan with the warehouse department. • Replay the customers’ complaints and special requests. And take the corrective action. • Arrange the inspection process with (SGS - Bureau Veritas – Intertek - TUV). • Generate reports for leadership review concerning transport contractors & shipping lines & freight forwarders' Performance and Cost reduction.
