• Job Details:• Follow established SOPs to ensure consistent and standardized operations. • Operate the DCS panel to achieve optimum process performance and meet production plans and products specifications. • Complete checks and tests for start-up. • Achieve normal operating conditions after start-up. • Troubleshooting problems affecting process conditions. • Establish normal shut-down conditions in process systems and equipment. • Regularly plan and organize maintenance of machinery and equipment. • Maintain plant conditions within safe operating and environmental limits. • Handling emergency situations and ESDs. • Reporting to shift team leader. Units operated. • UOP Aromatics ED unit. • Fired heater and Hot Oil Unit. • Utilities (Air compressors, Cooling tower, LP & MP steam boilers, Fire water, Potable water, Open drain, Sanitary, Demineralizing water and cooling tower & boiler water chemical treatment)

• Job Details:• Plan projects, define scope, objectives, and requirements. • Manage project schedules, milestones, and cross-functional teams. • Estimate budgets, control costs, and monitor expenses. • Identify, mitigate project risks, prioritize safety. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations. • Oversee quality control, assurance processes. • Communicate clearly with stakeholders. • Performing checks, inspections and tests on individual components to ensure they are installed correctly and performing tests to verify the proper operation and performance of systems equipment and controls. • Start-up the project. • Generate and document project technical reports.
