• Job Details:• Control the project through the project life cycle. • Review consultant’s design drawings and BOQs. • Review contractor’s shop drawings. • Review material submittals & Method of Statement. • Review contractor’s financial claims entitlement. • Arrange meetings with consultants and contractors to resolve technical disputes. • Assure project progress through project baseline & planning schedules. • Check & review infrastructure composite/coordination drawings. • Coordinate between in-house technical departments (Landscape, architecture, civil, structure and MEP). • Prepare needed reports for paper works.

Project Coordinator EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Coordinate between technical departments (architectural, civil, and electromechanical). • Collaborate with site team to insure the execution process. • Coordinate with Project other contractors. • Review & study design drawings and BOQs . • Review shop drawings and as-built drawings. • Solve Project Problems & Put it on track • prepare financial claims entitlement & variation orders. • detect technical queries and propose solutions. • Arrange meetings with consultants and Owner to resolve technical disputes. • Prepare infrastructure composite/coordination drawings. • Link between Technical office & site team. • Prepare needed reports for paper works

Technical Office EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Review consultant’s design drawings and BOQs. • Review contractor’s shop drawings and as-built drawings. • Review material submittals. • Review contractor’s financial claims. • Resolve technical queries from contractors and NEWGIZA self-execution department. • Arrange meetings with consultants and contractors to resolve technical disputes. • Prepare architectural and civil shop drawings for NEWGIZA self-execution department. • Prepare infrastructure composite/coordination drawings. • Coordinate between in-house technical departments (architectural, civil, structural and electromechanical).
