• Job Details:• Contribute to optimization of the production process based on plant, equipment and or process requirements. • Develop production schedules according to the weekly production plan, assign resources, ensure workers rotation and monitor schedules implementation. • Coordinate & Supervises Me day-to-day operations of All production sections to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures • Modify existing programs to enhance efficiency. • Provide technical support, advice, and knowledge to subordinates. • Supervise the quality of production output ensuring that levels of qualify and quality standards are attained. • Ensure optimization of resources including manpower, material, etc. • Support new products by design and optimum utilization of equipment. • Minimizing wastes of time during setup and changeover of tooling. • Optimizing use of consumables, and cutting tools. • Analyze cost breakdown and control cost drivers. • Ensure condition monitoring for early detection of machine failure and follow up preventive maintenance programs. • Ensuring 5S and housekeeping standard are performed as manufacturing philosophy. • Monitor the adherence to all relevant safely and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, deliver, of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude. • Ensure that all activities are monitored and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for an effective implementation of regulatory standards. • Supervise the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet the company and deportment requirements, policies and standards. • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Shift leader engineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Manages production process to ensure that production is cost-effective. • Coordinate resources, equipment and materiel to achieve planned delivery and cost efficiencies of production operation. • Ensuring that products are produced in a timely manner and are produced within quality guidelines. • Establishes methods to meet work schedules and coordinates work activities with other unit. • Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operation manufacturing difficulties and communicates with maintenance regarding maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and to prevent-operational delays. • Undertakes operational duties as required to meet deadlines and/or cover far staff absences, filling in resource gaps. • Maintains the Inspection of machines and equipment to insure specific operational performance and optimum utilization prior to running and ensures that all quality specifications are known per each operation and product and confirms to specification. • Develops and recommends improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency to ensure the staff f are working within safe work procedures. • Monitors environment to minimize air, water & solid waste pollution to environment. • Provides monthly reports to the direct manager on production performance against agreed interval KPI’s • Prepares and reviews monthly report, and communicates the best monitoring production report with management to determine if goals and objectives are being met. • Manages staff to ensure proper staffing levels are maintained so as to allow continuous completion of work. • Manages Training and development of staff ensure all employees are adequately skilled and experienced to perform all required duties. Planning EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• plan for resources such as man power / material to meet project requirements. • Planning the development of the project and to budget within requirements. • Support the manger to ensure effective delivery of the project on time. • Revision Mechanical and steel drawing and make quantity survey and material plan. • Ensures that Production output is production targets. • Supervise and support with project team members the effective coordination of dl project related activities, • Mooting the modifications raised up during the progress of the work and keeping particular care of those ones which has influence on time, cost, and quality. • Approving the request of the purchasing before their emission, checking their competences. congruence & the precise definition of the product which is supposed to be purchased.
