Responsibilities: • Responsible for all front office systems which include all customer related systems, point of sale,, Credit Card, Loyalty System, Invoicing Systems, • Managed team to implement POS projects +90 stores and more than 900 POS terminals • Managed store opening by implementing front office systems e-invoice, e-Gift Card, e-Voucher, price checkers, credit card System and POS system installation. • Manage the OS operating system updates and conducting quality inspections, reviewing changes. • Traning team for new projects and tracking issues. • Ensure compliance with Omni Channel department standards, policies and procedure, and corporate code of ethics. • Install, test, and rolled new software batches developed by the supplier. • Respect and enforce the information security policy and safety procedure. • Troubleshoot problems in front office systems and use a Problem solving steps to find a solution. • Availability during the project implementation and test all the possible issue arise to have the workaround. • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed. • Creating technical doucmentation and knowledge base and to new system, techniques or operational procedure to provide to the end users
