Review and approve the selection and purchase of all office-related stationary and other related purchases. Coordinate and manage office building support services, regarding the procurement of stationery, equipment, supplies, office furniture, and other related purchases. Responsible for the selection and efficiency of the security system and monitoring the outsourcing security agency performance in order to ensure the safety of our premises and facilities. Manage efficient transportation assistance to company employees and visitors as per company policy. Supervise the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members. Manage outsourcing housekeepers in keeping the offices clean and tidy. Develop, coach, and administer administration team performance and development plans and appraisals.
