• Job Details:As the head of the department, I handle technical inquiries and coordinate with clinicians to explain reports and oversee daily lab operations. I also manage a 5-person team, assign work, and inspect technical marketing for our technology and new assays. Fully experienced with various types of sophisticated instruments, such as dpcr, luminex 200, rt-pcr, pcr, ngs by nanopore technology etc. Responsible for validation and review designs and design changes, protocols (sops) and document change requests. Influencing decision-making process to ensure quality requirements. Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with multiple departments and external entities including clinical vendors in order to solve problems.

Histocompatibility Technologist

• Job Details:Utilized cutting-edge diagnostic tools and procedures to handle clinical transplant recipient and donor samples for compatibility testing and ngs (luminex200, flow cytometry, nanopore etc). Evaluated clinical laboratory data, worked with physicians, providing a technical explanation of the reports as well as accountable for managing tat for all clinical reports.
