• Job Details:• Plann session material and activities. • Assess the employees’ progress (e.g., assessments, quizzes, etc.) • Tailor a personal curriculum according to the employee’s English level. • Coach the employees to strengthen their weak points in the English Language (reading – writing – speaking).

English Language InstructorFull Time

• Job Details:• Deliver high quality English language learning and teaching using an appropriate range of up to date methods. • Develop effective teaching materials in line with module aims, objectives and modes of assessment as well as effective classroom management skills and maintain a comfortable and motivating learning environment. • Use and develop e-learning effectively to support learning and teaching. • Invigilate examinations and monitor and evaluate students’ progress and achievement and to provide them with timely and informative feedback. • To mark and grade assignments with reference to the Departmental grading criteria and double marking process and give feedback to the module leader. • Maintain student attendance records, grades, and other required records. • Work with the module team to review the module and participate in the Department's Annual Development Cycle and participate in the Professional Development Review process, including lesson observations, and to join appropriate training events and professional development programs. • Aid students via the English Department Writing Centre. • Assist with conferences as deemed appropriate. • Contribute to the marketing, recruitment and development of the University.
