• Job Details:Organize and direct worker-training programs, resolve personnel problems, hire new staff, and evaluate employee performance for a busy 24-hour hospital. Inventory management, including vendor relations, purchasing, managing controlled substances and implementing new inventory management system. Review work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance, and/or safety. Assess staffing needs and recruit staff using methods such as newspaper advertisements or job boards. Arrange for equipment maintenance and repairs, and coordinate a variety of services such as waste removal and pest control. Direct, supervise and evaluate work activities of medical, nursing, technical, clerical, service, maintenance, and other personnel. Establish work schedules and assignments for staff, according to workload, space and equipment availability.

Medical Clinic Manager

• Job Details:Liaising with healthcare professionals and patients about treatment plans. Policy design plus overseeing daily clinic operations and staff duties. Keeping medical professionals informed about healthcare administered at the clinic. Ordering stock and supplies for the clinic. Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment. Developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care. Human resources duties as performing the hiring, training, team building, performance evaluation of staff members, and workers’ compensation and claims. Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries about the clinic.
