• Job Details:· · Undertake design project from concept to completion. · Determine the goals and requirements of the project to translate customer needs into plans. · Determine factors affecting planning interior environments, such as budget, architectural preferences, purpose and function. · Create a timeline schedule for the interior design project and estimate project costs according to the requirements within the project budget. · Estimate material requirements and costs, and present the conceptual design for approval. · Creates idea boards including mood, sample and material boards to communicate design concepts to clients. . Sourcing, sampling and budgeting FF&E designs for full finishes and FF&E boards for presentation. . Selection, coordination, and documentation of interior architectural finishes such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures. . Revising suppliers’ quotations and Differentiate between requirements, quality, prices and due dates to select best offer fulfilling our expectations. . Reviewing the contracts signed with the suppliers technically and commercially to Ensure the fulfilling of our contractual obligations. . Inspection and monitoring of manufacturers and suppliers for approvals to ensure fulfilling our delivery commitments. · Make furniture, lighting, electrical, plumbing, switches, AC and floor working package plans to illustrate concepts using computer-aided design programs (CAD). . Issuing Bill of materials for different items. . Issuing Procurement & material logs for projects and revising each log with projects’ plans. · Establish final project timelines and coordinates work activity, vendor involvement, and outside contractors including permanent architectural details and temporary elements. · Supervise work progress on site

• Job Details:· Sourcing, sampling and budgeting FF&E designs. · Documenting FF&E design on a variety of project types. · Revising vendors quotations and Differentiate between requirements, quality, prices and due dates to select best offer fulfilling our expectations. · Producing presentation materials and coordinating FF&E designs with vendors and other resources. · Selection, coordination, and documentation of interior architectural finishes. · following initial client briefing to interpret Design Brief and establish Mood boards · Production of full FF&E presentation boards and finishes for client presentation. · Upgrade the library with new up to date information and update schedules of suppliers and manufacturers to maintain this database. · Creating full preliminary line item budgets and finishes schedules for all areas for submission to the client. · Inspection and monitoring of manufacturers and suppliers for approvals to ensure fulfilling TDF delivery commitments with the clients. · Issuing Procurement Logs, Local & International supplier sheets for each project and assisting the Commercial Department with the procurement process. · Ensure the project is coordinated between the FF&E information and the Contractors information, and that all client and operator requirements are implemented. · Develop FF&E schedules accordingly with the suppliers lead times and following up progress of orders with different suppliers to update planned dates with actual ones. · Issuing International shipment logs for international suppliers and managing all projects in logistics phase together to utilize container spaces to the max. · Reviewing the contracts signed with the suppliers technically and commercially to Ensure the fulfilling of TDF contractual obligations.
