Tasks undertaken included managing consultants & business analysts and being accountable for the technical quality of the deliverable. Have been involved in strategy development, organizational development, financing plan development, sector scans and PMO setups and implementations for clients in the fields of financial services, construction, agri-business, tourism, mining, electricity and wholesaling.

Industry Research HeadFull Time

• Job Details:Headed a team of researchers mandated with improving information availability on the various economic sectors in Egypt. This included working on two axis, the first was answering various investor queries regarding regulatory, pricing and opportunity issues. The second was studying 14 different sectors in the Egyptian economy and determining Egypt's value proposition in these sectors and where they key promising areas of investments were in an attempt to attract investors to these sectors to enhance the whole value chain.
