Develop and implement security protocols and measures to safeguard information against unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure. • Implement solutions to enhance the availability, performance, and capacity of infrastructures such as server (physical and virtual), storage, backup, networking, end-user compute and IP telephony system. • Analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions. • Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
