Sr. Land Surveyor

• Job Details:Leading and supervising in the execution of surveying and inspection of properties and sites to establish property boundaries and to provide information for construction projects. Supervision in the inspection of properties on a regular basis to determine need for alterations and repairs. Checking all shop drawings prepared to ensure the completion of the required activities. Check calculation of quantities for project activities such as (earthwork cut & fill, curbstone, asphalt, etc.) to be used as support documents for cost estimation and calculation invoices. Prepare reports to managers and staff of the organization on matters relating to buildings maintenance and modernization to ensure that properties are maintained to the required standards. Participating in preparation of tender documentation, including the compilation of designs, drawings, specifications etc., and make recommendations on tenders received. Assigning tasks and assignments to the surveying team and monitor their performance and work output to ensure that works are done effectively. Conducting topographic survey using RTK system. Lay out work leveling work as per drawing. Coordination with consultant staff at the site. Taking follow up the work execution program. Supervision of construction activities according to drawing and specifications and maintaining best workmanship standard. Reporting to the client about daily work needs and progress achieved. Recommending methods and procedures for conducting assigned surveys. Performing detailed field surveys and oversaw the activities of field survey crews in performing the survey. Maintaining accurate notes, records and sketches to describe and certify work performed. Research on previous survey evidence, maps, physical evidence and other records. Attending project meetings, providing input, evaluating and managing the required field survey work.
