The main ones are : - From 02/2023 until today (+2.500 man-days) : o Product: Trading Bot (FOREX) o Objective: Implementation of trading robots on the FOREX market and integration with the Roboforex.com platform o Customer: TOSHI Solutions o Annual Budget: 860K CAD o 8 team members - From 01/2022 until today (+4,000 man-days): o Product: CNS "Communication, Navigation, and Surveillance" / System Security Improvement Project o Objective: Analyze existing CNS systems to identify security vulnerabilities and propose necessary improvements. o Customer: Airbus Protect o Annual Budget: 690K CAD o 6 team members / 21 external stakeholders - From 01/2018 to 12/2021 (+40,000 man-days): o Product: Flysmart / Projects (Flysmart iPad from v3.x to v6.x + Flysmart Windows from v6.x to v8.x) o Objective: Analyze Flysmart iPad and Windows systems to identify common components and propose a new unified Business architecture to replace the 2 models with one "Mission+". o Customer: Navblue o Annual Budget: 5.1M CAD o 7 different teams / 42 team members / 32 external stakeholders - From 02/2016 to 12/2017 (+10,000 man-days) o Product: GAS "Ground Administration System" / Projects (GAS v8.x until GAS v10.x) o Objective: Ensure delivery of requested evolutions and corrections by airlines on the system o Customer: Airbus SAS o Annual Budget: 3.3M CAD o 2 different teams / 27 team members / 18 external stakeholders Main Tasks : - Client focal point - Facilitate workshops with clients to identify and challenge needs. - Advise clients on strategic decisions regarding IT projects (technical constraints, business model, project management strategy) - Budget estimation, financial planification and presentation to various sponsors - Answer to Client RFI & RFP and preparation of RFI/RFP for supplier. - Drafting of supplier contracts and monitoring of their performance and compliance with commitments. - Project planning and tracking of stakeholder tasks. - Participate in design meetings with Architects and POs for solution implementation. - Establish project plan (Objective, Definition of project phases, listing of Deliverables, acceptance criteria, RACI matrix, Cost and Budget Forecast, Quality control phases, Decision Gates, etc.) - Ensure compliance with various project management processes (Change request, access rights, V&V strategy, defect management, support, etc.) - Monitor and control deliverables (Specification, Testing (V&V), technical deliverables, etc.) - Participate in meetings to present/explain requirements to the implementation team. - Project Financial and Operational risk management (identification, assessment, action plan, monitoring) - Monitoring of budget consumption and review during quarterly forecasts. - Prepare presentations with necessary synthesis and KPIs and conduct progress and communication meetings (Kick-off, PRM, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, PI planning, Product/System review, change review board, risk review, Budget Forecast review, retrospective, etc.) at various organizational levels including Executive level. - Keep project documentation repository up to date (partner and supplier contracts, orders, presentations, budget lines, minutes, risk and opportunity register, Open item list, team vacations, schedule, progress, etc.) - Monitor and validate the results of functional, intrusion, and integration tests - Monitor product quality and defect/bug management cycle (creation/follow-up/closure) - Change management during project delivery and retrospective for continuous improvement.
