• Job Details:-Preparing the required materials and producing strong company profile which target the company audience and reflect the company identity -Present the company and build strong relationships with real estate developers, construction companies, interior design houses and a lot of different specializations companies to increase the existence of the company in the target maket. - Handling two different companies with to different market and clients targeting and developing the Know How policy to classifying the projects to meet the client expectations and our companies polices -Achieved more than 20 M per year per each employee and won projects with more than 15M budget -Organizing all process and link all company departments to prevent delaying or any extra costs -Producing and handling the delivery schedules and payment schedule to serve the maximum time and money profits for all parties -Dealing with different suppliers and subcontractor to cover the largest scope of work. -Establish partnership program with the compatible companies -Updating data base with client and prospective projects also developing serve reports of company evaluation versus market competition
