• Job Details:• Lead and coordinate all maintenance activities, minimize downtime by implementing measures to reduce reaction time to breakdown. • Initiate, implement, and manage the maintenance program based on best practices in Maintenance Management with emphasis on planning/ scheduling and preventive/ predictive and routine maintenance to ensure efficient and seamless operation. • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s skills and understanding of job requirements as well as management priorities for the organization. • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs, modifications, and constructions. • Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively. • Participate in developing and managing the maintenance budget. • Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures where possible. • Obtain competitive quotes for maintenance services and negotiate contracts. • Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and protocols as well as strict adherence to standard operating procedures. • Implement and enforce safety procedures for maintenance activities, while working with the safety team to identify and close safety gaps. • Investigate and report any accidents or incidents promptly. • Maintain inventory of equipment, spares and consumables and ensure proper functioning. • Explore opportunities for upgrades to improve efficiency.

• Job Details:• Led and coordinated daily operation of 1080MT/day fully automated (PLC) plant to produce high quality products in line with regulatory bodies and standards while ensuring compliance with cGMP as well as implementation of HACCP in the operation • Overall management of production target planning, stock managements and posting of production report on SAP • Coordinated the raw materials requisition, reconciliation and transfer of materials both on SAP and physical records. • Led and coordinated all processes of production (Intake of Raw Materials, Milling Operations, Pellet Mill and Packaging Lines) • Achieved zero lost time due to accident (LTA), Zero products call back from Market, Zero Products Contamination and Minimize the Change Over Time • Active in the maintenance of 4x10,000 Tons Silo, Packing section machineries as well as scheduling of general plant preventive maintenance. • Ensured that standard operating procedures and safety rules are adhered to in order to achieve organization and industry quality standards. • Developed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and GMP procedures according to Lean Manufacturing which resulted to reduction in daily waste generated by 22.54%, best since inception. • Implemented of SPC, TPM, OEE calculation as well as increase company’s OEE by implementation of Performance Management System
