• Job Details:working in Al-Zeina Paper Mills (member of Zeina group). As Production manager - Manage and supervise the production team. - Put the production plan (daily, weekly, monthly plans) - Achieve the production target - Make sure that the safety plan applied and the team follow the safety rules - Working to reduce stop times and lost times - Follow up the energy consumptions, water consumption and working to reduce the loses of energy, water, chemicals and raw materials - Measuring and improving Production results. - Make sure that all the Production team had a good training. - Solving production problems.

Deputy Production ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:working in interstate paper industries (member of Indevco group). As Deputy Production manager - Manage and supervise the production team. - Measuring and improving Production results. - Start up the paper machine and the other equipment (refiners, defleker, pressure screen ……etc). - Teach the shift engineers and team operators how to start the machine from the DCS system with field and how manage the machine and equipment perfectly. - Make sure that all the Production team had a good training. - Solving production problems. - Participate in the installation of the spare parts store. - Participate in the installation of paper machine, motors and pumps. -

Process engineering section headFull Time

• Job Details:worked in AL-Zenia paper mills As production, Technical and Process engineering section head & Quality section head. For Production, Technical & Process engineering Section head position: - 1) • Start up the stock preparation area and Approach flow area (Pulpers, refiners, deflekers, high density cleaners, and low-density cleaners) from the felid and from DCS system. • Teach the stock preparation and team operators how to start the DCS system and how manage the equipment perfectly. •cooperated with PMT Company and machine team to start up the tissue paper machine. • Working on the DCS system to start up the tissue paper line. 2) • Conduct process optimization and improvement studies. • Planning and execution of process and raw material trials. • Establish robust systems for recording and analyzing operational data. • Manage process chemical purchases and application • Manage boiler water quality and treatment • Manage industrial waste water quality and treatment (manage flotation unit for fiber recovery and manage sedimentation unit for waste water treatment) • Manage effluent treatment systems operation and performance • Map tissue machine centerlines for all key process variables • Manage the environmental aspect of the company operations • Manage and optimization of pulp quality and treatment • Provide timely management reports relating to chemical ,pulp and other relevant raw material consumptions. For Quality section head Position: - -Manage and supervise the quality team. -Measuring and improving the quality system. -Quality planning of quality area and sampling points determine. -Make sure that all the Quality team had a good training.
