Maintenance Planner

• Job Details:Forecasting and budgeting the maintenance requirements, planning the maintenance program (CBM) such as PAP (oil sampling analysis), machine inspection and undercarriage inspection, scheduling preventive maintenance based on CBM such as OVH management, backlog management and midlife management, coordinating with SCM department to ensure the part requirement and availability, coordinating with field foreman and supervisor to do maintenance planning and scheduling, coordinating with field foreman to recommend part list for backlog, midlife and overhaul activity, coordinating with field foreman to determine best action of condition based monitoring abnormality findings and closing it, making continuous improvement using PDCA to increase the system and achieve the target.
