• Job Details:• Dealing with GAFI, Commercial Chamber, Taxes Authorities, and Companies Founding. • Incorporation and Registration in the Commercial Register. • Draft contracts in different forms. For multiple and varied real estate deals as well as different legal documents (eg: trusts, wills, contracts, certificates). • Interview clients to determine whether testimony would be of use at trial and in cases of start up business to help them to opt for the right type of company for them. • Review evidence and records, and frequently work with an investigative team in order to strengthen cases. • Examine law clauses to provide suggestions and opinions on ways of fighting the legal battle and making/defying allegations. • Attend case hearings and public prosecution investigations.
